The double tube plate heat exchanger is a heat exchanger with two tube plates with a certain gap or equivalent to two tube plates with a certain gap at one end of the heat exchanger.

The sanatary double tube plate heat exchanger is mainly used in the working conditions with high sanitary requirements. Its unique design makes it easy to completely empty and keep the heat exchange tube in a clean state and can provide greater heat transfer performance. The double tube plate structure avoids the risk of cross-contamination in conventional heat exchangers.It is widely used in biopharmaceuticals, food processing, and other industries that require highly sterile conditions. They are commonly used for heat transfer and cooling of hot and cold water, steam, cleaning agents, solutions and other fluids.
